Meet the Team

Greg Von Krosigk has been a licensed real estate professional since 1988 and a Wyoming-licensed attorney for 25 years. His legal and brokerage practices have focused on land, commercial, residential and condominium development, as well as sales, exchanges, and leasing of all variations of Wyoming properties.

With over 20 years of construction, engineering, permitting, State and Municipal government, and real estate development Nic can provide a wide range of skills and services.  He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Wyoming and is also a licensed real estate agent in Wyoming. He is an irregular engineer with strong facilitation and communication skills and is passionate and driven to make an impact.

Kristi is a Wyoming native, University of Wyoming educator, Downtown Sheridan small business owner/entrepreneur, and real estate consultant. She brings a creative and fresh eye to the real estate world. Her 20+ years of real estate development, property management, and design have always focused on positively impacting the great State of Wyoming.

Kathryn is a Sheridan Native and is deeply connected to the community in many different facets. 
 
Just a quick update—Kathryn Law is now Kathryn Pollat following her recent marriage. After attending Oklahoma college and traveling for 17 months to 17 countries, she made Sheridan home again in 2013! Kathryn landed at Impact Properties as a licensed real estate agent and as our Marketing Director. She has been in the marketing and entrepreneurial world for nearly 10 years in various roles. Kathryn specializes in results-driven strategy and has a knack for pairing professional industry-standard campaigns with a personal human touch that captures viewers' attention. She is a forward-thinking creative allowing Impact Properties to put our best foot forward in every area of our marketing efforts. 

Tahira has a background in hospitality and has made it her career taking care of people. She has the ability to connect with people in a genuine way and see that their needs and expectations are being met. 
 
Tahira moved to Sheridan, Wyoming 12 years ago and was beside her husband as he started a new construction business. There she was able to push her skills and talents in designing homes. She is often the design eye behind the homes she and her husband build. 
 
It gives Tahira joy helping others find a home where memories are created, friends are always welcome, and laughter never ends.

Benton is a native of Montana but has deep roots in Sheridan, Wyoming and he and his family have called Sheridan home for a long time. He has emerged himself in the community and can’t go anywhere without seeing someone he knows. You may recognize him from his 20+ years in the car industry. He is a go-getter and enjoys a glass of good tequila and bourbon. Benton is very funny (just ask his wife).

From ranching and real estate to being a fitness teacher, baker, polo player, mom of five, and the best Gigi — there's nothing she can't do. After falling in love with Sheridan, Wyoming, 20 years ago, she planted roots and dove into entrepreneurship. Her passion for the western lifestyle and ranching background led her to real estate, where she shines in everything from representing the sale of ranches, commercial buildings, homes, land, developments, aviation hangars, and Equestrian Properties. With deep ties to Wyoming and a love for its people, Larae is as genuine as they come. 

Cassandra Sage has been a real estate professional since 2010, with an extensive background in customer service, business leadership, and is versed in all aspects of real estate transactions, investment properties, and managing all aspects of each including cash flow management, financial statement preparation, inspections, and property management. Since 2010, she has earned her proficiency in marketing, sales analytics, pricing, and market trend research. Most recently, Cassandra has become more engaged in the commercial and residential construction industry and assisting clients during the estimating and construction process.

Susan is new to the real estate business but has many years of administrative assistant experience.  She is a trained legal assistant and worked in law offices in Nebraska and Sheridan, and recently retired after 25 years as an Administrative Assistant at Sheridan School District #1.  She has experience in all areas of administrative support – including curriculum development/organization, federal grant management, state and federal reporting, student information systems, and much more. She loves meeting new people, learning new skills and helping in all aspects at Impact Properties.
